Hi I'm Ray and I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Therapist and my therapeutic practice is based in the iconic Oriel Chambers in Liverpool City Centre.

Maybe you are tired of carrying around issues from your past, or simply need a space to be heard. Whether you want to bring "little stuff" or "big stuff" to counselling, it is valid because it is your stuff and it is unique to you.
My Approach
As an Integrative Counsellor my practice is client led, I will work alongside you to support you in exploring and making sense of
individual counselling to help individuals cope with personal challenges, fostering a safe environment for self-exploration and growth. Our couples counselling focuses on improving communication and resolving conflicts, helping partners strengthen their relationships. Additionally, we offer counselling services in schools, supporting students as they navigate academic pressures and emotional challenges, ensuring they have the guidance needed to succeed.
As an BACP Integrative Counsellor, I prioritise a client-led approach, working alongside you to navigate the issues and feelings you may be facing in a safe and confidential environment. My practice is located in Oriel Chambers on Water Street in the City Centre in Liverpool.
